Equipment Overview:
Design for continuous cutting and rewinding of intermittent coating positive and negative electrode sheets in lithium-ion battery production, as well as cutting and rewinding of base copper foil, aluminum foil, isolation film, and aluminum-plastic film.
Unfolding system: Pneumatic shaft with magnetic powder brake, constant tension control, photoelectric edge alignment.
Windup system: The custom designed sliding shaft ensures uniform tension and synchronization of all strips, eliminating breakage. The tension is automatically tracked and adjusted through the touch screen to maintain stability. The cutting speed, tension, and sliding axis pressure can all be programmed through the touch screen.
Modular blade holder: installed on a mobile cart to achieve fast mechanical positioning and support rapid changes in blades of different widths. Reduce tool adjustment frequency, extend blade life, and support high-capacity and low batch production.
The active traction driven by servo motors and the rewinding group controlled by Mitsubishi inverters are managed through PLC programming.
Roller cutting mechanism: Optimize intermittent coating electrodes and continuous coating electrodes.
Advanced roller shear blades (globally leading technology): The cut edges are free of burrs.
